      Reasonably effective technical education opportunities

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership; opaque or complete lack of processes; very poor organizational structure with an alarming lack of accountability resulting in a highly toxic environment. Incredibly, employees were effectively forced to switch mobile service providers to Boost Mobile.

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Cons

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
