I'm sorry that you felt your time with Huemor was in the end, not a positive one.
In order to meet security requirements for our clients, terminations must be processed immediately. This is not something we can compromise on.
Our team has grown 88% in the past two years, which means the tenure of our team skews towards 2 years or less. With 1 year and 2 year anniversaries coming up for many team members, the majority remain part of Huemor.
In regard to supporting our team members, I would have to respectfully disagree with this piece of feedback.
From the top down, our leadership and management team is taught to support our team members the best way they can. This could mean additional resources when needed, or taking their side in a dispute with a client.
If there is a pattern of issues, whether that be behavioral or performance-based, team members are presented with improvement plans. If they're not able to meet the expectations of those performance plans, we ultimately have to end the relationship.
