Can be flexible. Could be ok for someone just entering work force.

Worked there for many years. It used to be very good many years ago. They did a restructure and started getting terrible from then on.. the last two years have been the worst. Just look at their Facebook page. 80% complaints. Always short staffed. all stores are filthy because there is not enough staff, most staff has given up on good service because they are exhausted. Rarely get breaks. Equipment constantly broken. Head office is greedy and constantly whining about all the terrible stores they have ruined themselves but love to blame everyone else. No cares for safety even after many complaints. I could go on forever really, Wouldn't reccomend it no.

The staff are great and there's plenty of hours to go around.

The boss is very difficult to work with. He keeps himself at a cold distance from all employees yet walks around micromanaging things for 8hrs a day 5days a week. He's very inauthentic so you never know what he's thinking or where you stand with him. There is little reward for hard work and it can be demoralizing.
