Working at HudsonAlpha has been a very positive experience. The work culture is supportive, collaborative, and engaging. There are many opportunities to learn and grow, such as seminars and leadership programs.

I do wish I were paid more.

Great compensation and excellent benefits, both health and paid time off. Beautiful main building and campus with lots of amenities. Great people doing amazing work; wonderful family environment within individual teams. A diamond in the rough, especially for such a tech-heavy city filled with Army and contractor jobs.

Hit or miss communication from division to division, which is difficult when employee roles are so diverse. Makes it a bit clique-ish at times.
