Pros
My immediate team was great, and a lot of people across the company had a passion for their work. There's a lot of integrated work, so you learn a lot fast.
Cons
I had an HR situation with a co-worker and it was handled poorly. Nothing changed over the course of 5 months. It's very busy, fast-paced, and there are a lot of meetings, so you tend to work more. There is a high turn over. Can be a pro or con depending on how you look at it.
