      The clients and some great employees

      The owner doesn't know what he's doing bc he wants to run it and not be there and he won't just let someone run it and it be successful. There isn't any stability or responsibility driven managers

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
