Management and HR routinely "forget" to file complaints and constantly break their own policy.
Was the first Welder hired at this plant and in the year and a half I worked there I received 25 cents in the form of a raise.
Zero bonuses or added pay at all.
Extremely underappreciated and often will feel singled out.
