Overworked in an Environment of Chaos - Exempt Non Officer Hubbell Employee Review

Disorganized from the top down, Absolutely no work- life balance, Little to no accountability in many areas - years served seems like a pass to get away with not doing your job & getting away with it, little to no room for advancement, concerned more about profit than the employees where morale is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere, Stingy on performance raises & bonus pay-outs, poor IT support & more concerned about saving $ by outsourcing parts of the business rather than whether or not it is done correctly.
