Pros

I spend most of my time helping clients get comfortable with the platform and answering questions as they come up. I like that suggestions from employees are usually discussed instead of just being ignored. When a process needs adjustment, changes are made to improve efficiency.

Cons

Balancing client communications, internal discussions, and project updates gets a bit too much sometimes.

Pros

My team itself was competent and the benefits package was never the problem.

Cons

• The remote policy here was such a mess it almost felt deliberate, like nobody in charge had actually made a decision. There was no clear documentation, enforcement changed depending on who you asked, and I got different answers from three different people in the same week. • I could not plan anything beyond the next day because something would change and suddenly the arrangement I had settled into was no longer acceptable. • Childcare, friendships, and even finding a place to live turned into a logistical nightmare because I never knew if I would be required in the office three days, five days, or whenever someone decided to change the rules again. • Other people seemed willing to tolerate the chaos and just go along with whatever came next, but it completely wore me down. • Every time I adjusted to one change, another one arrived and I was forced to start over all over again. Maybe that works for some people, but I needed stability and what I got instead was endless uncertainty about the one thing I should have been able to rely on.
