Pros
Open to experienced staff - even older people. The work environment is multi cultural, so you get to meet people of many nationalities.
Cons
You get two companies in one. Local and Chinese. If you are not Chinese, get ready to find people communicating and making decisions around you. And no, do not expect e-mails or new documentation to be in English. Salary so-so. Not working 9-6 is frowned upon.
