Hire and fire culture - Senior Project Lead Huawei Technologies Employee Review

I was recruited in Jan and even after giving good rating in confirmation i was asked to resign after 8 month as they don't have much work. Company has laid off more than 1000 employees in last 1 year. Nothing comes in news as they ask employee to resign or otherwise they will terminate him. Employee is forced to resign in fear of termination. Worst culture in the company. Company is only bothered about its profits.
