Pros
1) Good for fresher who want to learn lot in less time 2) Good Salary 3) Lot of short term onsite 4) Job security if you keep working hard 5) Best place to take retirement if you are not interested in work life balance, if you can spend extra time in office and if you have some bonding with top managers
Cons
1) Poor Management, it seems most of the managers working there only to save their jobs 2) Lot of politics and favourism for state/language 3) No work life balance 4) Management is not bold enough to take decisions, blindly follow HQ
