You get to work multitasking, work independently, learn by yourself but can request support from expert in an efficient way. You get to work with nice co-worker, nice boss as well.
Cons
Salary is not acceptable. Considering about the work load you have, you deserve more than what they offer you. A very high turnover company. And also a company that Chinese and marketing team has too much power.
