Lack of Management and Trust of Employees - Project Engineer Huawei Technologies Employee Review

I have served Huawei Technologies for almost 6 years and still working as outsource emplyee for Huawei, I have always feel very very bad lack of management in Chinese people, it is good that chinese are hardworking, but they also do not care some one's self respect, i always saw that Huawei management is trying to decive their customer and employees.
