Worst environment I have ever had - Operations Manager Howmet Aerospace Employee Review

The upper leadership from the director and up do a pretty good job in humiliating employees. They don’t treat people right and don’t show any appreciation. The operation manager gets the blame for everything and if you bring forth reasons for manufacturing delays it’s looked at as excuses. Additionally implementing improvements take forever at sloth pace because everyone is being overworked and every thing is a priority
