Nothing good to say - Customer Service Program Manager Howmet Aerospace Employee Review

As a new person people were not accepting. There's an attitude of "we've always done it this way" where people don't want to hear new ideas or ways to do things. The silly company policies and the transphobia of being misgendered every day even though people know my pronouns. You end up working in a silo trying to find who will help you or not. Most of the time it was not. People do not seem concerned with helping a coworker. My manager never tried to learn what I did and was out of touch with the technology. After I left, the help desk completely wiped my phone and ipad in which I lost everything. (they are not suppose to do this).
