•Pay rate isn’t equitable with skill and responsibility required and level of expectations for role!! •Lack of resources and aid for staff members. •High employee turnover rate. •Burnout/exhaustion is rampant due to role expectations (a “give it your everything” gig) and chaotic structure/management!! •No scheduled breaks. You can only eat or use bathroom when students are scheduled to do the same.
