      Bank holidays off and Christmas break off Flexible with days off/holiday at short notice when needed

      Cons

      You can put loads of sales through each month and still get same bonus as other staff doing bare minimum. Basic salary need to be higher or work out a commission structure Company have said will be open Christmas Eve this year.
