Pros
- IT team is innovative and welcomed ideas on improvements, technologies, and best practices. -Offered training opportunities. - Management does not micromanage. If management sees you are performing well, they let you do your job with minimal involvement. - Upper management is approachable and sincere. - They encourage a work/life balance. - They hire great people!!! Every employee I worked with was friendly, knowledgable, eager to help, dedicated and had a sense of humor ( no one likes boring all the time).
Cons
The only thing I can think of is more team building....getting to know employees outside the work environment.
