Umm...i can not really think of anything to list for pros ....maybe double time for production work on Sundays after 40 hours.

Heavy Favoritism Heavy Nepitism Lousy Ventilation Bad pay Work can be cancelled on any given day and half the employees are not called and informed. Suoervisors don't do their job Management doesn't do it's job No room for promotion Dirty Inaccurate equipment Takes insurance money from employees checks every week but doesnt pay insurance and doesnt tell employees that they havent had insurance for over 6 months Company takes full advantage of every loophole in union contract that they can AC turned on in winter, no AC in summer Random layoffs Work cancelled on a weekday then employees scheduled to work on a holiday weekend Non mandatory overtime given to chosen few instead of being made available to any who want it Lack of professionalism Dtufs and alcohol used and/or sold on premises (nothing done to prevent it even though its known about) Supervisors focused mainly on flirying with and/or trying to sleep with female employees Company chases off good workers while finding every excuse to retain worthless employees Incompetent HR personnel Too much more to list all.
