My experience here as an SDR really made me question all the other sales jobs I've had. The culture is so positive, supportive, encouraging and it feels so natural. There's a reason why most of the team and managers have been here for 5+ years. It's a great place to grow your skillsets, build relationships, and accomplish your career goals all while having a healthy work life balance.
Cons
Fast paced environment! The company is growing, so there is always changes happening. You have to be adaptable as things come and be flexible as they do. Adapt a learn-as-you-go mentality, and just do what is in your control.

Thank you for sharing such positive and constructive feedback! Love to see what you’ve said here about our sales team. We’ve invested a lot in creating a program that helps our teams get up to speed quickly and hit the ground running with ongoing coaching and the resources they need to really dominate. I appreciate your thoughts in providing advice to management as well. If you are open to it, I would love to talk with you more about how we can do better - sounds like you have some great ideas!

Pros
The people are truly the best. The product is fantastic and works well. It's fun to work at a company that's a household name.
Great learning environment. Great training. Amazing people. Benefits started on day one. Fully remote. I will say i came down with COVID-19 and had continued health issues that kept me from working for 4 months. They worked with me and I came back to be successful in the role. I loved my team and my immediate leadership. I think if you are straight out of college or want to try sales. They are a great place to cut your teeth
Cons
Base pay is barely above minimum wage here in Washington. Most of the people were working two jobs. Leads are not warm or cool. They are many times incomplete and ice cold. They also make you stay an SDR for a year minimum and changed the rules on the requirements to be promoted to AE on training classes the were a month away from their 12th month. To many mini meetings everyday. 3 per day is waaaay to much. While it breaks up the day it also messes with your call flow.
