Money, Houston Methodist has too much money and they give it away to the employees as a form of bonuses and whatever else they decide to do with it
Cons
if you get on the wrong unit with poor leadership it will be the bane of your existence especially when you work with dinosaurs that don't want to keep up with the changes Methodist implements
