Great place to work! They always look to help, go above and beyond for promoting education. If you are passionate and want to advance in your career, this is the place to be.
Cons
Not really any cons! Pay sometimes can be bargained or adjusted based on experience. There are not many cons that i can think of for the houston methodist system.
