7yThank you for your comments; it’s important for us to collect as much feedback as possible in order to understand what works and what doesn’t.
The business is a much larger one since merger and there have been restructures in teams and changes to our ways of working. During this transition, not everyone has felt able to stay with us and we wish all those who have moved on well.
Moving to Telford is a decision that was taken early on in the merger process with the aim of joining central teams together so that they can work collaboratively in a single location to achieve our goals.
For some colleagues we know that this means the journey to work will be a longer one while others will reduce their travel time but the HR team and managers are doing everything they can to ensure a smooth transition and will continue to listen to colleague’s concerns.
We are concerned about your comments regarding bulling and take this very seriously. We would urge you to discuss this with your manager, director or a member of the HR team. Your complaint will be properly investigated and dealt with as a priority.
