I enjoy the flexible schedule and ability to work from home. I like the challenging work and there is always something new to learn about this business.

Transactions move quickly in this business and we are always on-boarding or negotiating an acquisition. You have to be on your A-Game all the time to keep up! It can get overwhelming at times.

Householder Group was an incredible stepping stone for me. I came in with with an open mind and was met with staff that was nothing short of welcoming. If I had any questions or concerns it was met with immediate attention and care. There is a great amount of detail and care taken in for each new advisor that comes on board. The intricacy and planning that goes into each new member is really a process that is taken extremely seriously and being a part of watching someone grow their business is a very rewarding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working here and if I ever had any doubts about a future position I would definitely be knocking back on their door!

I honestly don't really have anything to say in the negative department. Again the experience that I had here was phenomenal.
