Pros

Central London office (even if it's the most bland space imaginable, and none of the lifts work) All the staff are united in a massive mistrust of the management

Cons

• A mostly clueless Senior Leadership Team that will blame anything other than take responsibility for the continual failure • Major rounds of redundancies every 6-12 months to hide the fact they're haemorrhaging clients and money • A head count that started at 337 and is now down to 160, which includes merging with Elvis (and absorbing their losses) • Changing name to Elvis after only 3.5 years as House 337 • Poor pay compared to the rest of the industry • The work is getting worse, and they're not replacing like-for-like clients

Pros

The office is located in Fitzrovia, sitting close to numerous production houses and a variety of lunch spots. The team culture is mostly supportive, with kind and empathetic colleagues. The company follows a hybrid working model, though there is no strict requirement to be in the office.

Cons

Some of the senior leadership team just don’t have the experience to deliver, and a few people with little or no background in advertising have been put into top roles. Since the leadership change, the company has struggled to retain clients and hasn’t been winning much new business. Leadership often blames the wider market, but that excuse isn’t really landing with staff anymore. Out of the SLT, the CSO stands out as most competent and honestly would probably make a stronger CEO.
