Small company where for the most part everyone knows everyone. Company (core business concept) has great growth potential with the right people in place.
Cons
Uninformed/poor leadership. Frequently make decisions without fully understanding the issues and potential consequences of decisions. Demand results without providing the tools to be successful. Will place blame without knowing where issues truly reside and fail to take the advice of those charged with implementing strategy. Employees frequently left feeling as though they're in a no-win situation.
