Incredibly collaborative across all departments which is essential in the launch of a product. Amazing benefits from medical/dental and unlimited PTO. Very progressive in the work/life balance. Founders and C level teams truly care about their employees. It's refreshing.

I got to do some pretty cool work, but at what cost?

Holy hell. Had the chance to create a seriously cool, novel, technology, but it was strangled to death by venture capital. The executive management team was actually the worst. I would say the place was hilariously mismanaged, except there was absolutely nothing funny about the hell that was the experience of working for that horrid collection of political knife wielding psychos.
