      Pros

      salary is better than 90% company in Taiwan. You have a lot of chance to rotate to other department.

      Cons

      you will lose your profession because a lot of routine need to do...so I would say I love my job sometimes. Some supervisor is stupid, incompetent and crazy...dont know why whey can get this managerial level. The Japanese culture is....ummm...hard to say. Some people cannot accept that.

      Due to traditional Asian culture, the company does not actively lay off employees. Flexible working hours make it convenient for employees to manage their work.

      Cons

      The lack of layoffs has resulted in a significant number of redundant employees. There is a traditional culture of not reporting overtime for additional pay.
