      Team is friendly and caring.

      Cons

      Management is an absolute mess. Constantly understaffed, 27 employees left or were terminated in the last 2 years. Only care about training for certain locations and not others. Unable to report anything anonymously without the entire team being lectured about not reporting things to compliance or values and instead going to management where nothing is done. Management has also made racist comments about team members. No work life balance.

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
