      Pros

      Melinda Clark, the CEO and a solid team leading the organization. Their passion is evident in everything they do. Their vision to set the bar is admirable.

      Cons

      Unification of the Med Group, Hospitals and the System still appears to be lacking. Anything they have to overcome to be the leader in the field will be worth it. Their ministry speaks for itself.

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
