Pros
Best part is indirectly helping hospice partners/patients and some coworkers become good friends. This job is what you decide to make it be. Great starter job for someone looking to find or gain experience. This is not a final destination company to work for. The pay is somewhat decent with some overtime optional. There are really no benefits to work for other than regular health insurance/ect. No holiday bonus, appraisal increases are gumball change. Flexible schedule is a plus and some advancement.
Cons
Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Training is horrible, so much information to retain and not enough communication to changes/new policies. Management is so busy themselves that it is hard for them to develop their associates. Upper Management seems to be in meetings most of the days yet only hold 30 minute, once a month meetings to "give updates" to team (most of the time bad news, more work to come, less help). High turnover, hard to keep up with who is doing what where because personal changes quickly. If it wasn't obvious, communication is horrible throughout entire company. There is favoritism, gossip, drama from seasoned staff. Not to mention unethical, working off the clock and nepotism. Hardly ever heard from new CEO, never met him personally so cannot judge but come on you are the leader of this company, make yourself known. Would only recommend this job to someone if they are going through a hard time and need a paycheck.
