Pros

Good office setup, a fancy ambiance.

Cons

Fewer projects- Half of the company is working on a single project and the other half on a second. We are getting the same update everytime that the projects are in the pipeline and will be converted soon. They promote dual role but hardly anyone gets the opportunity to perform the second role. Simple rule to get promoted is to praise the leadership in every senseless decisions they take. This way you can also get away easily if you are not able to perform on the project. Some titles are for formalities like Tech lead, Scrum master etc as they are not allowed to take decisions on their own. They need to reach out to leadership/Project manager to get something implemented on the project. Trust me, it is very hard to convince leadership on anything as they are arrogant. On Linkedin we proudly say that we are a great place to work but HZTL-Jaipur cannot even afford to provide WFH to their employees. A separate great place to work survey should be there for Jaipur office and then HZTL will never be able to maintain this GPTW title. Be it any weather, you need to work from office five days a week. HZTL-Jaipur is good in doing self-marketing but fails to deliver to make their employees happy. If you ever get a chance to do onsite client discovery, the one condition leadership makes is that the person has to record the video praising leadership for the opportunity. Hiring- Irrespective of your Salesforce knowledge, you will never get hired if you are not friends with leadership or someone close to leadership. HZTL Jaipur is a family of families. One person gets hired, becomes a loyalist of leadership, gets his/her family/friends hired, earns a good amount on every referral and then fly to onsite/EMEA to fulfill their ultimate goal. TA Team- They are of no use as they just listen to leadership to bring in someone. Even a robot or AI can replace TA team. Recent hiring (especially in leadership) doesn't make any sense as they have just helped in bringing the already going projects to low levels and people like us have to clean up their mess. Delivery heads, PMO, BA leads need behavioral grooming. They treat themselves kings and rest as slaves on the projects. Also, most of the time they are just roaming around in office but whenever they see anyone playing table-tennis or carrom, they get offended and ask for certifications, whereas they have not given any exam in last 1.5 years. A lot of people are on the verge of leaving the company or are looking out for other opportunities and leadership is unaware as they are in dilemma that every employee is happy. No one attends the Tech brews event other than office people as it is senseless and boring. It should be shut down. Office people attend as they think that they will get promoted soon if they attend these sessions, Advice to Management

Pros

Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

Cons

TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
