      Pros

      Some very smart and nice people work here The projects are always interesting Tons of learning opportunities Pay and PTO are fair Work life balance is good 80% of the time

      Cons

      Sexist/male-dominated executive leadership Way too many manager/director level employees who are not accountable for doing any actual work Vision for the company is poorly communicated Financial goals seem to be based on nothing Constant re-organization and layoffs. Don’t think there has been real growth since 2021 Project assignments, raises, promotions and overall respect within the company is entirely dependent on sucking up to the right people. Sales basically runs the company and oversells capabilities which puts the delivery team in a tough position.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
