Pros
Good company profile. Nice professional guys. Hate to see them get into trouble with consumers ie: HERO program purchases. The Management teams will not let you leave the sales call without a signature or a closing call offering all the specials and promos you need to close the deal on the spot.
Cons
With previous knowledge in how Photo-voltaic systems work, and getting hired on the spot by the especially charismatic Sales Director, I expected to rise to the top of this enthusiastic, sales driven organization. After putting in the time, (6 mos)and going thru only a 2-day training course, I was sent out on calls. I've got over 20 yrs. of direct sales experience, and yet ended up being totally unprepared for the technical questions of a well-informed engineer who questioned me, and would NOT let me call for answers and escorted me out of his home-- Bruttle! The schedules came in late the night before, so it made it tough and disappointing to rush to get to unconfirmed calls over 2 hrs. away were people didn't agree to a visit. Lastly, my devoted clients were getting shook-down for leads when self-gen bonuses were in place. The referral program comes out of YOUR own commission in many cases. The Senior reps get all the local, and primed leads then get glorified in sales meetings. UNFORTUNATELY, I burned out physically and ran out of money after devoting much effort and success with relationship building.
