      Pros

      You can get hands-on experience designing user experience and see how everything works in real industry.

      Cons

      They don't have a friendly culture, at least in the design department. I always feel a weird atmosphere in department hang-out. Subordinates constantly flutter the manager. And the manager looks enjoys being fluttered, giving benefits to the staff he likes. And they have a homophobic culture.
