Aggressive management, bullying and shaming

The only good thing about this company is it's people but unfortunately the management doesn't seem to see the potential of their people.

- Low salaries - No KPIs - No proper job description - The management is unprofessional and uses bad language to talk to the employees - The management is not fair, racist & doesn't give the same opportunity and chance to all the employees. - They blame the wrong people for their mistakes. - Not up to their words, keep promising people for promotions if they work hard but never give it to them. - No support only critics.
