Cons
The company is more opportunistic than strategic, reacting to trends rather than having its own vision and putting its own stake in the ground. Its focus on sales at any cost puts an unfair burden on the engineering team. Because priorities are always changing, it can feel like you're running uphill and getting nowhere.
