Fast paced days, opportunity for growth and advancement if you’re ambitious and seek it out. Autonomy, friendly staff, no need for vision insurance and your medical/dental benefits are covered. You really feel you can make a difference and it’s a joy to work with 90% of the patients.
Cons
One of the Dr’s scares me, training was difficult when I first started but it’s improved a lot since then.
