Cons
-The company is run by a husband and wife, while their son is the social media kid. All three believe that any role you can do, no matter how experienced you are, is just "oh it's just a little picture", "it's just a couple of words", which is very, very demeaning. You will not be valued here. -Management have no idea about technology, and therefore things as simple as a YouTube song being monetised is world war three and they bring the hammer down. -They use needless tracking software to really babysit the staff. They wanna' know what you're doing every hour of the day. -Bosses also take holiday when they want somebody to be let go by the acting manager (not family), so if you see them take off for the day, be worried. -Changes opinions almost daily. Once showed a design in the morning meeting, was asked to turn it gold, came back in the afternoon meeting and was told "I have no idea where you got gold from?". The whole room was too scared to say anything.
