Pros

Remote, Nice People, Benefits, Good Overall Mission

Cons

In the last few years, Honor has shifted from being about people to being about profits. Upper management does not care or listen to front line employees who are highly impacted by their decisions. Promotions and growth are advertised, but not awarded. The workload has only increased with small to no increases in pay. They have budget for new executives, but not for additional help in the departments that need it most. They've consolidated roles and made some jobs utterly overwhelming and unreasonable.

Pros

They're flexible with schedules, and you get a lot of autonomy.

Cons

There's not really a definitive chain of command you report to, which makes some things complicated.
