      Some clients are grateful and kind.

      Cons

      If you don’t stick with a short 4 hour schedule they give you then they ban you from booking any more work.Now I’m not allowed to look at app.

      They're flexible with schedules, and you get a lot of autonomy.

      There's not really a definitive chain of command you report to, which makes some things complicated.
