No pros for this company

Cons

No raises, your location is tracked, management and billing has no clue what they are doing and you will get blamed for their mistakes, you can never speak to anyone other than a call center operator that has no authority to connect you to the department you need, very hard to get more hours and therefore hard to qualify for any benefits, you will literally have to figure out how to do everything yourself because you will get no guidance, the company does not care about their clients

There's not really a definitive chain of command you report to, which makes some things complicated.
