We work hard to provide a respectful and rewarding environment and use our regular all hands meetings and manager 1:1s to ensure every employee has all the context about the company they need to be successful. Given our efforts to be transparent, we’re disappointed you chose to share misleading information about the state of Honor’s business. We’re incredibly proud of the record growth we achieved in 2019 (while improving on all customer satisfaction and quality measures) and are on track to continue the same level of growth in 2020.
