Pros
It's refreshing how diverse and mission-driven the company is, it's great to see so many different people working towards the same goals. People are really humble and everyone works really hard. The pace is fast but decisions are made with a lot of thoughtfulness, which I really appreciate. The growth of the company is really great, I've never experienced the transparency the managers have with employees.
Cons
Some parts of the company still lack some structure and process but that's understandable given that it's still a startup and growth is happening. If you don't work well in a fast-changing environment, Honor isn't for you.
