It's really important to us that we're making an impact on their lives. We are definitely fast-paced and as we've grown, we try to keep focus on maintaining a fun, collaborative, and balanced work environment. We employ many folks with families and they really appreciate the ability to focus on both work and family. We're also definitely working on increasing the number of cross-team bonding opportunities outside of the normal work day :).
