Pros

Honeywell is a good starting and training point for graduates. There is a chance to travel a lot and learn how to solve planty of issues which strenghten yourself. You can get a position that gives you responsibility and allow you to drive people even if you don't have any experiance for. Then it's up to you if you manage that or not. There is more or less no control from management in case you're doing good job especially when most of the managemet is based out of your country.

Cons

As there is no drive and interest from your managemet you feel after some time that nobody is interested in what you're doing especially if you're doing that well. It's good that everything is up to you but there is a dark side of this advantage which means everything is really only up to you even if you need any support or consultation. It's difficult to drive people and get results from them as there is not defined clearly organizational structure as most people are on the same level. There is no authority to push your colleagues especially if they are based in different country. This is partially caused by absence of any motivation system. People have to solve problems mostly alone which takes more time than working as a team. There is a very poor benefit system and mostly inadequate sallary for work load and responsibilties you have. It's common to work overtime for free. Poor career development program. If you want to be promoted, you have to find a new postion yourself internally but your career development is limited by country where you work.

Pros

The team is great and people are excited to have you there. You are given value-added work and projects week 1. There are a lot of other interns at both the graduate and undergraduate level so there is a strong sense of intern community and support. If you have to relocate for the internship, complete housing is provided (they find you an apartment and pay for everything - results on the apartment itself may vary but are generally close to the office).

Cons

Varying start dates led to varying first day experience. The onboarding day for those who had it day 1 was great, but some interns got it after their first week and had little direction day 1.
