Pros

The Fellow agents are friendly and helpful. They have a network of lenders/own title company. The weekly office /monthly company training was good. 0 desk fees. 0 E/0.

Cons

Was promised a lot of leads got very few. Micromanagement/Clunky CRM. Team leads/broker also practice (their business before yours) High Transaction coordination fee to clients Not a great split.

Perfect for a first time agent just getting into the business. The amount of training and willingness to help is top tier. Great environment to learn and grow.

Pros

Great place to work especially as a new real estate agent, or someone looking to take a stab at a career in real estate. The support system is awesome and the managers/leaders are always just a call or text away to help out with any of the many scenarios that happen in real estate. Very streamlined, the company takes care of all the marketing so leads are plentiful and lack of leads/not having enough money to spend on marketing is the reason most new agents don’t make it. Great culture a lot of the people I met here have become friends outside of Homeway.

Cons

The company is fairly new so things can change at a moments notice as they figure out what works best for the agents and company as a whole. Changes happen pretty frequently in general from the systems we use, tools we use, the way our process works. But one can say that’s actually a positive thing, cause the company changes things frequently truly in an effort to find ways to make the agents’ job easier.
