Pros
I was invited to attend hometouch interview and I really was looking forward to work part time with this company but i am glad i am not selected and i came out of the so called interview not wanting to work with hometouch
Cons
No privacy during the interview as they do a group of people in the same time and no individual attention . In their invite to the interview they don't highlight that actually is an induction course therefore we need to allocate more time . Hometouch takes photocopies of the person ID s and photos of a person even if they are not selected which is another breach . During the interview they were not friendly and we not allowed to move or breath . I worked with many care setting and I never been treated like a piece of commodity as i been treated by Hometouch. Lots of hype but rubbish
