Senior leadership is best that I've worked for - starting at the top w/ the President and each of the C-Level leaders walk their talk, are genuine in the care for the patients and agencies we serve along with the teams we support. They are forward thinking in pivoting our technology platform to meet the changing needs of our Home Health and Hospice market.

Cons

Overall pay relative to market is lower, but management is taking steps to resolve this. Being privately owned and managed by Hearst limits equity opportunities
